Before getting to some of the more important people that I personally follow, I just want to talk about the overall importance of Personal Development.

In a nutshell.. it’s HUGE and if you are in any type of business, authority position, work with people on a consistent basis or feel the need to live a better life than most.. it’s an absolute must !

Some of the mentors that I follow and suggest you also follow, are perfectly geared towards helping you excel in your professional network marketing efforts.

The first page extending from this one covers Jim Rohn and his website. I gave Jim the first page for two reasons.

The first is the fact that he is a true Personal Development pioneer.. he is one of the greatest teachers in this area. His principles along with the fundamentals he always preached, have sure given me an incredible sense of direction and well-being that I’ve needed to make it as far as I have in the network marketing profession.He was able to get more out of me than I ever thought possible and I know so many others feel the same.

Even though Jim passed away in December of 2009, his teachings and legacy still live on and are here to stay through all of his available, recorded or documented mentoring resources.

So as you can imagine, reason number two for listing him on the first page is just my way of showing respect to a man that so many people have looked up to and learned from for so many years. He was certainly a man that made a difference to this world and especially to the people who’s lives he helped change for the better. If you are reading about Jim Rohn for the first time or just don’t know his works.. I promise if you will look further, you’ll be pleasantly surprised as what you hear.

Additional Mentors To Follow

The rest of the important mentors I suggest you follow will be comprised of a mix of personal development, many years of experience as a MLM business owner and a great level of must have skill-sets pertaining to the network marketing profession. Let’s just say these people know what works and what doesn’t.

The most intelligent thing a person eager for their own success should do is follow and emulate those that have already achieved high levels of it before them. I’ve had more success in my own life and business since latching-on to these types of people and you will too.

One of the biggest reasons why I’m still in this profession and writing this to you is because of these same individuals.

If you understand this and believe in what I just said, you’ll do what is necessary to make the time to learn from these same mentors.
